Going to the gym - what to take?
The theme with many of my posts is ‘I heard this from a guy at the _______’ sometimes that is a personal trainer, a DO, a random article in a magazine, or recently my coursework for Nutrition Coach. We can talk all day about protein (and take all day to consume the nearly 200 grams daily) - also take a few supplements. L-Arginine (why? - because high blood pressure is a thing), Creatine (makes the muscles look bigger), glutamine (because some random source said it may be helpful for gut health)
