No more migraines (why I take Magnesium nightly)
Not sure where I originally heard about Magnesium nightly for migraine prevention - it has been a few years since I started taking it at bedtime. I have been migraine free since. When my sister calls me and says she has a migraine, I always ask ‘Did you take your Magnesium last night?’ - The answer is always ‘No, but….’.
I take 400 mg nightly along with 50 mg of Zinc. It works for me -(50 ish year old male)
