4 parts Brown Sugar

1 Part Onion Powder

1 Part Garlic Powder

1 Part Black Pepper

1 Part Kosher Salt

1/4 part (this is important) Cayenne Pepper

Wood: Pecan

Temperature: 175-185 degrees Fahrenheit

Time: 4 hours on smoke, 4 hours off smoke
